After a bad experience with a previous cattery was nervous about putting my 14 year old tabby into a cattery again. Five Star was recommended to me and I cannot thank Gill enough for the care and attention she gave her during her stay even down to removing the matts in her coat. Things are run in an efficient, professional and friendly manner and getting an update on how she was doing when we were away was fantastic. Maisie will be back when we next take a holiday 😊
